制備方法：
溶解37g培養(yǎng)基至1L蒸餾水中，混勻分裝至最終容器中，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘。
Directions：Suspend 37g of the powder in 1 L of purified water. Mix thoroughly. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for 1 minute to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Test samples of the finished product for performance using stable, typical control cultures.
Bacto? Brain Heart Infusion Dehydrated Appearance: Light tan, free-flowing, homogeneous. Solution: 3.7% solution, soluble in purified water upon boiling. Solution is light to medium amber, clear. Prepared Appearance: Light to medium amber, clear. Reaction of 3.7% Solution at 25°C: pH 7.4 ± 0.2
